As the key employee liaison between the client and KWPM services and internal support staff, the Administrative Assistant must project a professional and competent image. Friendly customer service, timeliness, and a professional appearance are essential. This position is fundamental to the administrative and operational functions of the Company/Property and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills. This role serves as an Accounts Receivable Administrative Assistant and supports lease and sales transitions within the community, focusing on processing resident and tenant payments, understanding ledgers, tracking payments, and issuing statements as needed. The position also provides first-line support to the front desk team member.
