Job Title: Administrative Assistant Division/Program: Central Star Outpatient Programs Starting Compensation: 22.00 - 26.00 USD Per Hour Working Location: Fresno, CA Working Hours/Shift: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Why Join Our Team? An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting is required; Experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus. Valid California Driver’s License required. How you will make a difference: Responsible for data entry and other outcome measures as directed. . Organizes annual company events such as Company Picnics, Anniversary Party, and Client Holiday Party. Prepares and maintains a file of meeting agendas, follows up on action items to ensure completion, under the CS Administrator's needs. Processes credit card reconciliation related to training, service delivery, etc. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with the coordination of team events, trainings, and program activities. Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation or audits, contract compliance, or reporting requirements. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, etc.) required.
  • (2) years of administrative experience in an office setting is required
  • Valid California Driver’s License required.
