About The Position

Administrative Assistant NOTE: This is a Full Time position, Monday - Friday Are you a people person with a passion for providing exceptional service? Look no further! Our Senior Living Community in Wildwood, FL is seeking a dedicated and friendly Concierge to join our team. Position Summary: As our Concierge, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community. Under the guidance of the Executive Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest quality of customer service for our residents. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere during weekends and scheduled shifts.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Proficient in basic office software
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Familiar with the BILD sales system

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and residents
  • Answer a multiline telephone, screen calls, and direct them
  • Address resident concerns
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance
  • Schedule appointments
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Carry out emergency procedures when needed
  • Oversee weekend activities
  • Note any areas or articles in need of repair and report them to the Assistant Director
