The Administrative Assistant will join a team a housing professionals for a residential community located in Dorchester, MA. The property consists of 360 residential units in Dorchester. The work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

  • greeting visitors
  • processing rental applications
  • providing leasing assistance
  • bank deposits
  • processing work orders
  • processing invoices
  • ordering office supplies
  • distributing mail
  • assisting with special projects
