Broadway Ford is now seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Service Department Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Service team. This role is essential in keeping the department organized, efficient, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, service technicians, and management, supporting scheduling, documentation, and customer communication while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should come with basic knowledge of the automotive industry, have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Duties include: Answer and direct incoming calls and emails related to service inquiries Provide administrative support to the Service Department team Scanning/Uploading Assist with warranty claims, service contracts, and required documentation Assist with reporting, billing, and departmental tracking Record keeping Monthly reports
