Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with other programs and software.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or healthcare-related certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to hospital leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
  • Assist with the coordination of hospital operations and communication between departments
  • Maintain and organize hospital records, files, and documentation in compliance with privacy and regulatory standards
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for leadership meetings
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring professional and timely responses
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks to support hospital initiatives and programs
