About The Position

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the Global Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This dynamic role is critical to enabling day-to-day efficiency for the CCO and Fiserv’s global regulatory compliance department while facilitating a positive experience both within and across teams. In many cases, this involves professional collaboration with different team members as well as other colleagues, clients, and external partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior-level leaders (C-suite or Senior Vice President) in a corporate environment.
  • Experience coordinating domestic and international travel logistics for executives.
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating multiple executive calendars and cross-functional meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

  • Financial services industry experience
  • Experience managing budgets and preparing and reconciling expense reports
  • Experience preparing executive-ready materials and reports in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proactive work style, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive management of day-to-day administrative operations to enable the CCO and the leadership team you support to complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity regarding sensitive matters.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings including, but not limited to team meetings, client meetings, all hands meetings, off-site meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.
  • Building and maintaining internally and externally facing materials in a variety of formats including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Executing all general administrative duties (e.g., business travel coordination and booking, expense submission, budget reconciliation, manual billings, etc.) in a seamless fashion.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency of processes.
