Position Summary: To provide high level administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position includes coordinating communication, managing schedules, and office administration. This position provides support to executives and teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week between both Tysons Corner, VA and Windsor Mill, MD offices
  • Previous experience in an office setting as an administrative assistant or executive assistant required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) required
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail required

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, ordering supplies, and office coordination
  • Support meeting preparation, including scheduling conference rooms
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Other duties as assigned
