We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/Client Relations Coordinator who is looking to start an upward career path in the mortgage industry. Under the direct supervision of Branch Manager, this position provides administrative and secretarial support to the Sales Team. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as greeting clients, contacting clients, retrieving client documents, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assemble highly confidential and sensitive information. Great phone skills/experience and multi-tasking are a must!
