About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant (EA) to support the Vice President GM and the PBU leadership team within Emerson’s Test & Measurement Business Group. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness in a fast-paced, global organization. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, trusted partner, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments, anticipates needs, and brings a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and operational excellence.

  • 2+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a global enterprise environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting global leadership teams across multiple time zones.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to the VP & GM and PBU leadership team.
  • Own and expertly manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and global travel logistics.
  • Drive efficient workflows, systems, and operating rhythms that improve leadership effectiveness.
  • Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Prepare, submit, and track expense reports and related administrative processes.
  • Coordinate and prioritize global leadership meetings, offsites, and team events.
  • Proactively manage priorities, deadlines, and action items to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Continuously optimize administrative processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
