SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This Administrative Assistant supports the Montrose office reception as well as clinical team support. This is the primary person for all incoming calls and directs/transfers those calls within the program as needed. Additionally, they provide customer service to external customers who enter the office, answering questions and connecting them with the appropriate team member. The Administrative Assistant supports the clinical team through specific patient care related functions, including tasks involving the medical record.
