Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a retail or food service environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documentation
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare reports, memos, and other business documents as needed
- Support HR functions such as onboarding paperwork and employee record maintenance
