Administrative Assistant – North Slope, Alaska will be responsible for assisting the day to day operations associated with the Project. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Management team to assist in travel planning, shipping/receiving, scheduling and various other tasks as needed. Proficient Computer skills with all Microsoft programs and the ability to manage multiple databases is a necessity for this Job. The work schedule will be a rotational hitch of 21 days on followed by 21 days off, Daily work shifts will be 12 hours. Employees are not required to move. All employees are required to travel to Ted Stevens International Airport in Anchorage, AK at their own expense, then the company will provide flights from Anchorage to the North Slope for their 3 week work rotation.
