This flexible problem solver with an upbeat personality will assist the brokerage by managing files for new listings (both hard files and electronic), which includes updating the information online, in our database, and creating and updating flyers.

Requirements

  • Administrative experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with computer software and transaction management systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail without sacrificing larger objectives.
  • Communication (written, verbal, and visual) and interpersonal skills; ability to assemble, motivate, and lead teams to meet objectives
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional environment

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting a team of Realtors and the office Broker Manager.
  • Maintain company files (internal and electronic file storage).
  • Conduct data entry for internet listing services.
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team.
  • Inventory management; maintain office and marketing supplies and submit orders as needed.
  • Demonstrates company core values.
  • Reasonable and reliable attendance and timeliness when reporting to work and completing work.
  • Interacts well with others through a positive attitude and willingness to prioritize tasks throughout the day or per the needs of the office.
