Work Experience: Intermediate (Developing Skills) Work Experience Description: Ideal for students who have begun gaining relevant experience and are building their skills through internships, part-time jobs, or significant projects. Typically aimed at sophomores or juniors who have completed a combination of introductory and advanced coursework. ᅟ Follows specific instructions and performs clerical work using established routines. Applies limited analysis and problem-solving in performing job duties. Primary Responsibilities Conducts on-boarding and off-boarding for student employees. Orders and distributes uniforms. Editor of the FM website Maintains the department directory and access rights to the FM employee website. Creates departmental forms and assists in editing department policies Creates Quarterly Sustainability Reports to display on the FM website. Plans and prepares for meetings, training, activities, and other events, which include creating digital flyers, gathering materials, scheduling the location, placing orders for catering, etc. Takes pictures and videos to create slideshows and videos to document events and add to the FM Webpage Maintain, organize and order general office supplies. Supports the front office in customer service duties as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Please attach class schedule, resume and cover letter. Education High School Experience 3 Months of General Work Experience Experience in an office or completing administrative work Experience taking photos, and creating and editing videos Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or other photo and video editing software.
