This role involves composing and handling correspondence, managing mail, maintaining personnel records, representing the Corps Officers to the public, assisting with meetings and appointments, preparing confidential materials, and coordinating routine maintenance. The position also includes financial responsibilities such as preparing invoices, processing donations, monitoring accounts payable, and entering data into the accounting system. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist with fundraising activities, serve as a local administrator for the VOIP phone and security systems, and provide hospitality services.
