In this in-person role, you will provide dedicated administrative support to a specific team of bankers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating effectively with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless coverage and operations.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-service role.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organization: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize conflicting deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills appropriate for interacting with senior executives and clients.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive working relationships.
- Professionalism: High level of discretion, reliability, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience or interest in financial services or professional services is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Concur is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day in-office support for assigned banking professionals, including calendar management and scheduling.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including room bookings and catering.
- Arranging comprehensive domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
- Collaborate with the broader administrative team across the firm to support department-wide initiatives and best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between the deal team and internal departments, including IT, Facilities, and the FR Operations team.
- Maintain and update client data in Salesforce and other internal systems.
- Willingness to jump in and help as needed.
- This role may be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
