About The Position

Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy, seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team. The role involves supporting the administrative needs of a local branch and reports to the General Manager. Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica, operating in the rapidly growing home infusion market. The company is an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, specializing in providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital, aiming to combine large organizational efficiencies with local provider flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of office experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Data entry experience in a wide variety of platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Proficient in use of office equipment, including faxes and copiers
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Preferably in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments, arrange for conference calls and schedule meetings.
  • Ensure timely and proper handling and safeguarding of confidential, private or sensitive material.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties.
