About The Position

SUMMARY: The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to ensure the efficient operation of the President’s office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a key liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders. What You'll Do Executive Support Manage complex calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements (domestic and international) Prioritize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence Draft professional communications on behalf of the President. Operational & Administrative Management Coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and leadership sessions Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items Track key initiatives and ensure deadlines are met Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion Manage expense reports and budget tracking for the executive office Strategic & Project Support Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects Conduct research and prepare summary reports for decision-making Assist with executive-level presentations and communications Monitor progress on strategic goals and provide status updates Stakeholder & Relationship Management Act as a liaison between the President and senior leadership, employees, customers, and external partners Coordinate VIP visits and external engagements Represent the President’s office with professionalism and diplomacy What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field) 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (President, CEO, COO, etc.) What we Value Strong organizational and time management skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) High level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to anticipate needs and work independently Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives (President, CEO, COO, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work independently
