Here, you will make an impact by: Applying advanced administrative and coordination skills to complete activities. Acting independently on standard procedures and managing non‑routine situations through interpretation of office guidelines and administrative practices. Proposing and implementing solutions to administrative concerns. Providing regular guidance and instruction on work procedures and policy to support personnel. Crafting electronic presentations using raw material and other resources. Conducting more difficult assignments with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience as an Administrative Assistant and/or Executive Assistant in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with Executive and Client relations in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with meeting scheduling and coordination
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience with office projects, event activities, and guiding the work of others
  • Certified Professional Secretary (CPS) certification
  • Post‑high‑school specialized training and/or core college‑level coursework
