Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. This role involves answering telephones, maintaining confidential personnel files, assisting management with employment and labor relations documents, and supporting staffing needs when employees call out on short notice. The position also requires maintaining good working relationships with colleagues, school personnel, administrators, students' parents, and supervisors. Additional duties include managing student lunch program records, entering cash sales and meal counts, processing daily bank deposits, reconciling vendor statements, processing vendor invoices for payment, preparing monthly state claim forms, and assisting with end-of-month financial reports. The role also includes attending required meetings, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other assigned duties.
