The position offers flexibility in scheduling, being open to either full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (30 hours/week, with increased hours during peak seasons). The Administrative Assistant will collaborate virtually with team members in other offices using technology like Microsoft Teams. Success requires strong multitasking abilities, client interaction skills, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with regular movement throughout the office. This individual will be a key member of the administrative team, taking ownership of responsibilities and contributing wherever needed. The role supports both client-facing tasks, such as organizing and scanning tax documents, and general office operations, including supply management, client greeting, and administrative support for Durham partners.
