Primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance and daily customer service to homeowners, HOA board members and staff at our New Mexico Regional office. Position Responsibilities: Provide a wide spectrum of traditional office support such as, but not limited to: writing correspondence as needed, answering phones, ordering office supplies. Extend top-notch customer service and problem resolution via phone and face-to-face interaction with board members, committee members and residents. Arrange various meetings (times/locations) and prepare all correspondence necessary to notify included parties. Architectural Control Request process oversight. Maintains accurate and current association records. Performs other duties as directed by management staff.
