weDRY Restoration is a small, rapidly growing Restoration company looking for a dependable and organized individual to support daily operations. This position works face to face with the Owner and COO and plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Customer follow-ups & Google review requests
  • Social media management
  • CRM (DASH) assistance
  • Job site photo documentation
  • Obtain real-time data on job sites (Moisture mapping water losses - no experience necessary)
  • Sketch properties by hand (no experience necessary)
  • Meet Insurance Adjusters on job sites for walk throughs
  • Basic administrative support & digital filing
  • Hiring support & employee onboarding assistance
  • Customer communication (calls, texts, scheduling updates)
  • Insurance follow-ups (as needed)
  • Office upkeep & organization
  • General errands
