Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in administrative, office coordinator, or front desk role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing general inquires
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks including data entry, preparing documents, and handling mail
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean and welcoming
  • Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and shipments
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., janitorial, vending) to ensure timely and effective services
  • Monitor office supply level and reorder as necessary
  • Assist staff with HR or payroll related inquiries by directing them to appropriate contacts or systems
  • Coordinate meals or catering for meetings and events
  • Help plan and execute office functions, team-building initiatives, and employee celebrations
  • Other duties as assigned
