About The Position

The Administrative Assistant supports daily site operations by managing front desk activities, coordinating administrative tasks and ensuring efficient office workflows. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, front desk, or clerical roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiarity with office and back-office systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Administration, Finance or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Receive, organize, and distribute shipments and deliveries
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records / office documentation
  • Schedule meetings, events, and travel accommodations
  • Support coordination of on-site meetings and luncheons
  • Order supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Prepare logbooks and support general clerical needs
