Requirements

Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
A compassionate, proactive, and customer-service-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the nursing staff, including scheduling appointments, managing health data, and organizing health center processes.
Assist with managing intake forms, health records, and insurance documentation.
Coordinate communication between health center staff, school personnel, students, and families.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure all office equipment is properly maintained.
Ensure the efficient operation of day-to-day health center activities.
Handle confidential health and student information in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Assist with other health center projects and duties as required.
