Northway Academy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our dedicated team and ensure our center runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older with successful background check clearance
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent education/work experience will be considered
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s insurance carrier
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, reliable, approachable and detail-oriented with a passion for supporting a team

Responsibilities

  • Communication and coordination including welcoming visitors, answering calls and emails, posting site memos, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with scheduling
  • Maintain calendars and daily schedules, schedule appointments and meetings for staff as needed. Attend meetings and record minutes as needed
  • Special projects, including but not limited to supporting leadership with data collection, human resources-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with state and company policies
  • Prepare, process, review and maintain office administrative paperwork
  • Ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and basic maintenance and repairs of office equipment as needed
  • Set up and maintain confidential, sensitive files and records for multiple functions
  • Serve as the liaison to company vendors, staff, etc.
  • Maintain various databases
  • Track and monitor company devices including ordering, tracking and the reclaiming of equipment
  • Assist in maintaining records in accordance with State, Federal and company regulations and policy as required
  • Assist with various Human Resources related tasks as required
