Manage and organize multiple real estate transactions and deadlines Communicate consistently with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and cooperating brokers Schedule and coordinate appointments related to transactions Maintain accurate, well-organized files and records Provide general administrative support for day-to-day office operations Highly organized, proactive, and able to take charge of systems and processes Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with basic computer software and able to learn new systems quickly Prior experience in office administration or real estate is a plus
