About The Position

T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an Administrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver capable of managing diverse responsibilities across inventory, finance, logistics, and creative design.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles involving inventory or supply chain coordination.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial software

Nice To Haves

  • Design & Visual Concepts: Utilize basic graphic design principles to assist in creating internal presentations, event flyers, or digital assets (proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Technical Proficiency: familiarity with design software is highly preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (English/Mandarin or Spanish) is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage procurement requests to ensure seamless operational flow.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, track departmental expenses, and support budget preparation.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, manage relationships with freight carriers, and ensure timely delivery of assets or materials.
  • Design & Visual Concepts: Utilize basic graphic design principles to assist in creating internal presentations, event flyers, or digital assets (proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Operational Support: Streamline office workflows and provide cross-departmental support as needed to improve organizational efficiency.
