About The Position

Front Office Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting Guests: Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Phone Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Information Provision: Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Mail Handling: Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries
  • Administrative Support: Performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Customer Service: Addressing visitor inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Take care of replenishing kitchen and meeting rooms
  • Manage collections and deliveries to post office and banks
