Requirements

  • 3+ years of administrative assistant or office assistant experience
  • Experience with timekeeping systems
  • High school diploma required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer & Direct incoming phone calls and serve and assist with front office duties for the office.
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front-office support to customers and vendors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages and handle general office assistant duties.
  • Perform administrative assistant tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Support communication and coordination across departments to keep office operations running smoothly.
  • Assist with basic accounting support, including data entry, recordkeeping, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Help process sales support and administrative paperwork, ensuring documents are accurate and complete.
  • Work with internal teams to support administrative processes and office workflow.
