Company contribution up to 3% once eligible Education assistance including paid CEUs and certification reimbursement How you will make an impact Be the Hub of Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for leadership, staff and stakeholders Shape Strategic Decisions: Prepare complex reports, presentations, and data insights that guide leadership’s most important initiatives Elevate Operational Excellence: Orchestrate clarity by clearing administrative bottlenecks - so leaders can focus on decisions Support High-Impact Projects: Organize directors and the VP on initiatives that advance organizational goals and make a measurable difference Serve as a trusted liaison: Resolve routine issues on the spot with professionalism and discretion Own the Details That Drive Success: Take charge of tracking compliance, managing financial and expense workflows, and building strong vendor relationships Compensation: $25.00 -$28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of administrative support experience in a professional office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner.
