About The Position

This position provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for an assigned group or manager. Key duties include collecting and interpreting data for reports, conducting special projects, coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations, and travel arrangements, and composing correspondence and other documentation. The role frequently utilizes personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, and spreadsheets. Specific job duties may vary by area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically four to five years of experience in administrative and support staff activities
