Program Description: The Employment Institute, Auberle's nationally recognized workforce development program, places unemployed and underemployed individuals in career jobs, not just training. Because of our holistic model, 87% of our participants remain in their employment for six months or more, a long-term indicator of success in the workplace. Position Title and Overview: Administrative Assistant Maintain and analyze departmental data across multiple databases, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. Prepare and utilize programmatic reports to support informed decision-making, growth, and innovation. Coordinate billing, budgeting, supply tracking, and financial data while ensuring accurate and timely completion of required documentation and reports. Support audits and departmental compliance efforts through thorough recordkeeping, effective communication, and adherence to agency/funder reporting requirements. Location and Travel Requirements: This position is primarily located in McKeesport. The travel required for this position is occasional.
