The Administrative Assistant – EHS provides administrative and clerical support to the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department. This position is responsible for preparing documents and reports, coordinating meetings and training events, maintaining records, supporting OSHA recordkeeping requirements, and delivering professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail while supporting departmental objectives.
