Webber, an industry leader in construction and infrastructure, is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The position of Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run an organization efficiently. This position will assist management in managing, organizing, scheduling and maintaining information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
  • Received a High school Diploma
  • Moderate to high level of computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Valid driver license for occasional, required travel
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Responsibilities

  • Utilize MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook to create documents, respond to inquiries and create spreadsheets
  • Utilize other programs such as SharePoint
  • Organizing daily documents for department or office
  • Prepares and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Maintain a highly organized work area and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Assist others with additional administrative tasks
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and project documents
  • Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Other unlisted duties will be assigned
