About The Position

AttainX is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and executive administrative needs. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming office environment, maintaining office organization and supplies, supporting travel coordination, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with expense reporting and travel coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure office supplies, snacks, beverages, and refreshments remain fully stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies; place orders as needed.
  • Complete weekly credit card reconciliations and expense report processing with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Schedule and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries for leadership and staff.
  • Order business cards and assist with other office-related vendor requests.
  • Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and calendar management as needed.
  • Assist Executive Leadership with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Support office organization and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
  • Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
