This is a unique opportunity for a forward-thinking self-starter. You will work directly with Canyon's Clinical Operations team, supporting day-to-day operations across all six of our state branches. Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members
  • Manage filing system, schedule appointments and meetings, and up-to-date contact database regularly
  • Support colleagues across the Clinical Operations team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Step in and take on challenging, varied tasks as operational needs arise across the company
