This part-time position supports the capacity-building year of the Ut Prosim in Action initiative, a grant-funded project advancing civic virtue and character education across the undergraduate experience at Virginia Tech. The assistant will provide scheduling, tracking, and documentation support for a five-person project team as it conducts faculty outreach, builds community partnerships, and prepares a larger follow-on grant proposal. This role is well-suited to someone organized, comfortable with spreadsheets and scheduling tools, and capable of managing many small moving pieces (roughly 60+ individual contacts) without losing track of details.
