About The Position

EverLine Coatings and Services is a growing local company specializing in pavement maintenance, line striping, sealcoating, and parking lot services for commercial properties in the College Station and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for a reliable, people-oriented team member to help keep our operations running smoothly. We are hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant for 20–25 hours per week (80% remote / 20% office). This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys client interaction and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will be the friendly voice and organized backbone that helps us manage leads, schedule jobs, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Loves talking to people – you enjoy client conversations and building relationships.
  • Is friendly and professional on the phone, via email, and in person.
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude and remains upbeat even during busy periods.
  • Is highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks, calendars, and details.
  • Able to quickly learn and work across our different services (line striping, sealcoating, asphalt repair, etc.) to support accurate scheduling and operations.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting most of the week.
  • Experience with basic admin, customer service, or scheduling (construction/field service experience is a plus but not required).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, email, phone systems, and simple spreadsheets. Experience with CRM or job management software (like Jobber) is helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (phone, email, text), qualify leads, schedule site visits/estimates, and send proposals/quotes.
  • Coordinate job schedules between clients, property managers, and field crews. Manage calendars, track project status, and help resolve scheduling needs across our service offerings.
  • Provide friendly, professional communication with clients and vendors. Send project updates, before/after photos, reminders, and handle routine service requests with a positive attitude.
  • Support basic document organization and follow-ups to keep everything running efficiently.
