We are currently seeking to add an Administrative Assistant to our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a team player and contributor who possesses excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. This is an In-Office role. Qualified candidates must live within commuting distance of our Philadelphia office. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent education required; college-level education preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a project management role.
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contracting is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, NetSuite, and ERP CRM is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Customer creation / Creation of sales orders
  • Maintain Customer Records
  • Coordinate with technicians and other teams
  • Maintain regular communication with clients
  • Handle basic functions within Oracle NetSuite
  • Collaborate with core office team members to maintain efficient project workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Must be willing to drive to the township to drop off permits
