About The Position

Saint Francis Hospital a member of Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Institutional Review Board (IRB) Team.
The Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support to the IRB Office. Candidates with experience in IRB operations, research compliance, or clinical research are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree a Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum -2 years of experience or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Excellent organization and administrative skills required, including computer office skills.
• Excellent written and communication skills including ability to work with multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of OHRP, FDA regulations, and HIPAA preferred
• Candidates with experience in IRB operations, research compliance, or clinical research are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute meeting materials with strict confidentiality of files and data
• Communicate effectively with investigators and internal stakeholders
• Organize and maintain workflows and work products, including digital and paper documentation
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting summaries and minutes
• Assist with financial and activity reports, budget tracking, and preparation of regulatory documentation
• Work independently while managing daily projects and competing priorities
