Ramboll is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Princeton, New Jersey office. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, service-oriented professional to play an important role in supporting a collaborative team within a global engineering and consultancy company. Experience in an engineering, environmental, or consulting environment is preferred, but not required. We invite you to bring your administrative expertise, attention to detail, and people skills into play as you help keep our office running smoothly and create a welcoming, well-supported experience for employees, clients, and visitors. In this role, you will support day-to-day office operations, coordinate meetings and events, assist with polished client-facing documents, and help ensure colleagues have the resources they need to do their best work. To succeed in this role, you should be organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing a variety of priorities in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is resourceful, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and experience preparing, formatting, or proofreading business documents such as reports, proposals, and presentations.
