Requirements

  • 2+ years of general office clerical and Administrative Assistant experience is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, write, and proofread documents efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact by managing and routing incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including organizing, scanning, and printing documents to maintain comprehensive and accessible records.
  • Efficiently handle scheduling, appointment setting, and calendar management for team members.
  • Collaborating effectively with various internal departments.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives, demonstrating excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace environment
