The Administrative Assistant will work closely with assigned Partners, handling phone calls, managing calendars and events, drafting and proof-reading documents, and performing other duties assigned by partners and managers. This role involves daily client interaction and requires high-quality client service.

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office environment

  • Thrives in an environment where you work with others on a team or on various projects that require collaboration

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Work hand in hand with their assigned Partners
  • Answer phone calls and assist clients for assigned Partners
  • Manage calendar for assigned Partners
  • Maintain meeting arrangements for assigned Partners (agenda development, preparation of meeting materials, room set up, meeting minutes etc.)
  • Maintain incoming and outgoing mail for assigned Partners
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence for assigned Partners or staff
  • Track and manage flow of files, materials and mailings related to client tax returns and other documents
  • Provide other duties assigned by partners and managers
  • Provide high quality client service
