About The Position

The Regional Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Regional Manager and perform various administrative duties in support of the regional operations.

Requirements

  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent, an Associates Degree is preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting required
  • Excellent written and oral communication and basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficient with a computer, including the use of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and diagnostic use using manufacturer provided programs.
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • Must be able to pass a background, physical, and drug screen

  • Associates Degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily support activities in the regional office to include the following, but not limited to:
  • Answer all incoming calls and direct to appropriate person
  • Enter and track various data and reporting mechanisms
  • Responsible for balancing and tracking petty cash for the branch
  • Process credit card transactions
  • Balance checking account, revolving fund, IFTA spreadsheet and mileage reports, code all invoices to be processed in accounts payable
  • Responsible for maintaining all supplies for the branch
  • EBC (Employee Benefits Counselor) requires an understanding and ability to communicate the companys benefit programs for new and existing employees.
  • Will communicate and support all regional employees, including personnel in parts, service, sales and product support.
  • Coordinate and attend special events in the region (branch, off-site locations and sporting events)
  • Support regions literature needs for both sales and product support
  • Manage employee reimbursements, travel advances and boot allowance programs
  • Assist in maintaining DOT and MSHA compliance for service departments in region
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for region employees including hotel, rental cares, meals etc.
  • Coordinate branch maintenance, repairs and janitorial services as required
  • Other assignments as required by the regional manager.
