About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, headstrong, Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This individual must be able to THRIVE in a fast-paced environment. This position is 100% ON-SITE and this is non-negotiable. Please do not apply if you have no actual direct administrative experience. Must have experience in AP/AR Invoices and purchasing experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask various tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of invoices and purchase orders
  • Excel and knowledge of spreadsheets
  • Data Entry
  • Outlook, Microsoft Office Products etc.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office etc.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School degree

Nice To Haves

  • additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events as needed
  • Greet and assist onsite guests as needed
  • Average - Accounts Receivable / Account Payable experience
  • Order office, warehouse and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Distribute at times employees work equipment and attire
  • Keep the break room and small kitchen supplied and clean
