About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to ensure accurate documentation, organized records, and timely reporting. This role is responsible for data entry, scanning, filing proof of delivery documents and assisting with billing, accounts receivable, and payroll-related reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, data entry, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, email, scanning and data entry systems.
  • Ability to organize documents and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes and procedures.
  • Dependable, organized and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various data entry transactions in the accounting system to maintain accurate accounts.
  • Complete accurate and timely data entry into company systems.
  • Organize, scan and file proof of delivery documents and other operational records.
  • Maintain electronic and physical files in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Prepare and assist with billing, accounts receivable and payroll reports.
  • Review documents and reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks to support daily business operations.
  • Communicate with internal team members to gather missing information or resolve documentation issues.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, customer and financial information.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the department.
