Requirements

  • Strong foundation in city government operations, policies, and procedures
  • Solid understanding of public administration principles, customer service excellence, and office management practices
  • Proficiency in advanced office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills for professional correspondence and presentations
  • Strong interpersonal relations, fostering effective working relationships across departments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to conduct research, analyze information, and creatively solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Aptitude for exercising discretion with confidential information
